When it comes to any PlayStation console, it makes sense to consider first a matching Sony TV – after all, the company includes dedicated technology that enables them to communicate more adeptly. Auto HDR Tone Mapping is a prime example of a feature exclusive to Sony sets. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is the top-of-the-line offering in Samsung’s line-up, complete with unique S Pen stylus proposition and a raft of upgrades for this generation. Despite economic conditions, the Galaxy S25 Ultra costs the same as the S24 did upon its launch last year – that is, £1,249 for the 256GB storage model. While some manufacturers are a little inconsistent with their tablet upgrades, Samsung has been a lot better. That means that a comparison to the Galaxy S9 Ultra is valid, because you’ll find that it’s an iterative update. There’s very little difference in the physical design of these two tablets, the only real difference being that the Tab S10 Ultra is 0.1mm slimmer – at 5.4mm. There is a couple of grams difference in the weight too – it’s 14g lighter than the older tablet – but still rather hefty, at 718g.
