There is no single source of information on ticket office closures, with each operator having a different style and giving different information.
Operators and the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) have been playing a ‘pass the parcel’ ping-pong, with RDG referring people to operators, and the latter in some of their consultations pointing people to the RDG’s plans.
