TOP Chef alum Justin Sutherland has cooked his own goose by menacing his girlfriend with a gun, lawmen say.
Sutherland, 39, was busted in St. Paul, Minn., and charged with one count of felony threats of violence.
A criminal complaint states the ranting restaurateur pointed a pistol at his galpal in their apartment, struck her in the chest with the weapon and shouted, “Don’t come back here or I am going to shoot you.”
Police reveal the woman, whose name is being withheld by authorities, has also accused the Fast Foodies star of squeezing her neck for several seconds and barking, “I could kill you.”
The affidavit notes the TV competitor insists he never threatened the alleged victim.
