REMEMBERING Great Apes is the third title in the acclaimed ‘Remembering Wildlife’ charity book series, and is designed to both raise awareness of the plight facing gorillas, chimpanzees, bonobos and orangutans and to raise money to protect them. Like Remembering Elephants and its successor Remembering Rhinos, Remembering Great Apes is the result of the passion and dedication of wildlife photographer Margot Raggett, with the support of the Born Free Foundation. After a successful Kickstarter campaign, they have raised £126,630 so far. Funds generated by the book will be distributed to great apes projects in Africa and Asia.
