Spring, summer, fall or winter… who cares? Designers at Milan Fashion Week (MFW) Spring/Summer 2018 renounced the seasonal rules of menswear by incorporating winter fabrics for the warmer months ahead. There was corduroy in Salvatore Ferragamo, fur in Fendi, cashmere in Ermenegildo Zegna, silk in Etro and satin in Giorgio Armani and Dolce & Gabbana. MFW 2018 also saw a lot of deep layering, as exemplified by, among others, Diesel Black Gold, who layered shorts with leggings and paired it again with boots.
