Spare, a book about Prince Harry’s life written by him, broke records after it was published on 10 January, becoming the fastest-selling nonfiction book in history.
Harry wrote Spare to tell the story of his life from his viewpoint. He and his wife, Meghan Markle, stepped down from royal duties in 2020. Since then, they have spoken about what led to that decision, including the negative way that some British newspapers wrote about them.
In Spare, Harry talks about growing up as a royal, the death of his mother, Princess Diana, and his family relationships. The book has led to lots of debate.
