FOX News’ popular pundit Andrew Napolitano — a former New Jersey Superior Court judge — is accused in a civil suit of forcing a male defendant to give him oral sex in exchange for a light sentence. Charles Corbishley is suing the Liberty File host for a whopping $10 million under the New Jersey Child Victims Act, claiming he was sexually abused by the jurist in the 1980s. At the time, Corbishley was a terrified 20-year-old awaiting sentencing for arson in Napolitano’s court.
