Role Reversal When GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Lulu asked Dillon how she’d become the bad guy where the custody case was concerned, we couldn’t help feeling that she was speaking not only to but for many viewers. It’s a problem we’ve had with this tale for a while now. Lulu may not actually be the bad guy, but she also hasn’t been the good guy, the smart guy or the sane guy.
