Like a weightlifting champ, the Fitbit Ionic is powerful but not subtle. Looking for something that’s about half the weight but still has Fitbit’s ‘wear and forget’ brilliance? Get the Alta HR. Its battery lasts a week on a single charge and, most impressively, it auto-logs everything from runs to sleep quality.
