Scientists found so-called singletons had less healthy eating habits when it comes to food and beverage choices than families with two or more children. They also discovered mothers with only one kid tended to be overweight themselves, which could mean the parent passed down poor eating habits to their hefty offspring. “With multiple children you’re scheduling a little bit more of your meals. So we’re going to have more at-home meals.
