Fit for the modern woman: From the austere romance of minimalist ruffles to softly sculpted shapes and reimagined suiting, the 2013 spring-summer collections offer elegance with plenty of flourish. Among the attitudes for which the French are known is their utter disdain for overt enthusiasm.
