Creamy Salmon & Dill Fettucine 20-MINUTES COOKING TIME INGREDIENTS • ½ red onion, diced• ½ cup of dill, finely chopped• 2 hot smoked salmon fillets• 1 lemon, rind and juice• 1 clove of garlic• 2 tbsp low fat crème fraiche METHOD 1 Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions – 12 minutes will get you pasta that’s al dente. 2 In a hot pan, brown the onion and garlic until softened, then flake the salmon and cook until warmed through. 3 Add the grated rind and juice of one lemon to the pan, then stir through the dill, onion and garlic before adding the salmon. 4 Stir in the crème fraiche and allow to heat gently for a few minutes.
