A HOMICIDAL handyman has confessed to killing three elderly women in the New York City senior housing center where they all lived, police claim.
Cops had been hunting the serial killer for five years before they busted accused murderer Kevin Gavin, 66, on Jan. 21.
The victims, all between the ages of 78 and 83, often relied on Gavin for help around their homes before bloodlust blinded the thug, authorities say.
Gavin is suspected of killing Myrtle McKenny, 82, in November 2015, and Jacolia James, 83, in 2019.
In a grisly twist, the latest victim, Juanita Caballero, 78, was discovered dead by her son with a telephone cord wrapped around her neck on Jan. 15.
