With four best-sellers to his name, a stellar career as a GP and the number-one health podcast in Europe, Dr Rangan Chatterjee seems to have it all. But he tells Closer that one thing has at times eluded him – happiness.
“People from the outside would regard me as successful, but actually that can be misleading,” he says. “Yes, you’re meeting society’s metric of success, but are you truly happy? For much of my life, I really wasn’t.”
