According to Ofcom, “children now spend more time watching YouTube than all public service broadcasters put together”. The Government plans to toughen up its rules on drink-driving for England and Wales by decreasing the legal alcohol limit. Drivers currently cannot exceed 35mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath – the highest legal level in Europe. Under the proposals, this figure would drop to 22mcg.
