Transitioning into secondary school, it was a daunting experience for all. Hub of Hope Chasing the Stigma is a charity that fights to remove the stigma around mental illnesses. It was founded by Liverpool comedian, Jake Mills, seven years ago following his own suicide attempt. Jake and his team created Hub of Hope, a free app, which is there to direct anyone in need of mental health support. The app brings together all readily available mental health support obtainable to whoever needs it, in any given area.
