Seven tips to help hungry hedgehogs survive As the weather gets colder, Brits are encouraged to look after garden hedgehogs and help keep them safe. For the Persian community, New Year is on March 20. In 2010, mum of three Zahra Abrahimzadeh, 44, was celebrating in an Adelaide Convention centre with her daughters and hundreds of guests. She had a restraining order out on her husband, Zialloh, 57, who she was divorcing after enduring 20 years of violence at his hands. In his final act of control, Zialloh entered the convention centre with a knife hidden in his coat, and stabbed Zahra to death in front of over 300 horrified witnesses yelling; ‘You’ve betrayed me’. Zahra died from eight knife wounds. Zialloh was sentenced to life in prison. Their children continue to campaign against domestic violence.…
