Like a fine wine, Heather Lee gets better with age. The 96-year-old has always been competitive, enjoyed a challenge and placed great importance on her health and fitness. “I’ve always led an active life and ran, played hockey, tennis and swam,” she tells New Idea. When Heather sadly lost her beloved husband Len, aged 81, to cancer, slowing down held no appeal for her.
