BUTTERNUT RINGS 10MIN PREP TIME 40-45 MIN BAKING TIME 4-6 SERVINGS INGREDIENTS • 2 whole medium butternuts cut into rings • olive oil • 2 tbsp raw honey • 1 tsp cumin • 1 tsp paprika • 1/2 tsp salt • 1-2 heaped tbsp almond flour • A handful of pumpkin seeds (we prefer the toasted and salted ones) • A handful of almond flakes or shavings • 1 tsp dried rosemary DIRECTIONS • Preheat oven to 309F (200C). • Prepare a baking tray with nonstick spray. • Place the butternut rings on the tray. • Spray with olive oil and drizzle with honey. • Season with cumin, paprika, and salt. • Sprinkle with almond flour, pumpkin seeds, and almond flakes. • Round off with dried rosemary. • Place in…

MEGA PAY-DAY CONOR MCGREGOR’S $80 MILLION IN 40 SECONDS

All the hype, all the tension, and what an epic event U.F.C. 246 was. Picture it, one of the biggest names in UFC history Conor McGregor makes a return to the sport headlining a match against Donald ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone and beats him in the first 40 seconds. McGregor took out Cowboy with a quick, explosive flurry of strikes that was impressive to watch. Talk about a comeback kid! Outside these windows, it’s absolutely freezing. Battery-sucking conditions, apparently, for electric cars. Fortunately the Porsche Taycan I’m currently snuggled in is prepared for such wintery hell with a suite of onboard heaters quick to pamper the batteries to peak performance. I have only ever lived in either Hawaii or Alaska. Other than that, I lived in Mallorca, Spain for 2 years while I taught as an ESL teacher.
