KIMCHI TURKEY FRIED RICE (SERVES 2) Heat 2tsp vegetable oil in a large wok over a medium-high heat. Add two thinly-sliced spring onion whites, 10g grated ginger and two crushed garlic cloves to the pan and increase the heat to high. Stir fry for a minute, then add 100g shredded cabbage or other green veg. Cook until wilted, then stir in 1tbsp gochujang and 150g kimchi.
