BMW INDIA has achieved a major milestone by surpassing 5,000 electric vehicle deliveries, becoming the first luxury carmaker in the country to do so. To celebrate, the firm introduced a 4,000 km high-power charging corridor stretching from Jammu to Madurai, with charging stations placed every 300 km. Open to all EV brands, this corridor ensures seamless long-distance travel with capacities ranging from 120kW to 720kW, supported by partners like Statiq and Zeon. Complementing nearly 300 BMW Destination Chargers at premium locations, the initiative strengthens an already extensive network of 6,000 charging points nationwide. HYUNDAI RECENTLY introduced the Pro Pack for the Exter, enhancing its design and feature set. The Pro Pack includes wheel arch cladding and robust side sill garnish, giving it a more muscular stance. MARUTI SUZUKI has commenced exports of the e Vitara, with over 2,900 units shipped in August to 12 European nations.
