We always want the spangles and the rhinestones for the Nurses Ball, but this year, I toned it down a little bit. There were a few more subtle colors, and I wanted to make sure that each woman was in a gown that is appropriate for them and their character.”…

Fans were disappointed, some even angry, about the plot twist.
