In a heavy-based ovenproof frying pan, heat half the oil on medium. Sauté capsicums 4-5 mins until tender. Transfer to a plate.  2 In same pan, cook chorizo and onion 3-4 mins, stirring, until golden. Mix in paprika, cook 1 min. Add tomatoes, bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring, 4-5 mins, until thickened.
