Transnet has announced a landmark signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Port of Antwerp-Bruges International (PoABI) and the Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Center (APEC). Writing in the annual report released on Friday, he said their shareholders had enjoyed an aggregate 195.4% growth in share price and cumulative dividend payout of 55 cents a share since listing.
