A year and a half ago, Lindsey Jordan was playing house shows in suburban Maryland between filling out college applications. Now, the 18-year-old singer-guitarist, who performs as Snail Mail, is turning heads with her pithy, poignant songs about growing up, breaking up and messing up as a queer punk kid.
