A two-word PSA in the form of well-intentioned-yet-ridiculous inspirational posters, cheap t-shirts and school murals the world over. A personal favourite: “Be YOUnique!” (Insert eye roll here). And yet, behind this hackneyed mantra lies truth – an important life lesson that, believe it or not, actually carries over into the colourful world of quilting.
