Remembering Agnes Nixon 1922-2016 It’s a sad day for daytime. ONE LIFE TO LIVE and ALL MY CHILDREN creator Agnes Nixon died on September 28 at the age of 93 from complications from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. As word of her passing spread, the soap community banded together to mourn the writer/producer, who had begun her career working under Irna Phillips and went on to headwrite SEARCH FOR TOMORROW, GUIDING LIGHT and ANOTHER WORLD.
