1 MISO CAESAR SALAD
Whisk ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup white miso, 3 Tbsp. water, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic, 1 minced anchovy fillet, 1 tsp. white wine vinegar, ½ tsp. black pepper, and ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Add 8 cups chopped romaine, ½ cup grated Parmesan, and ½ cup croutons; toss together.

Process ⅔ cup tomato juice, 1 Tbsp. white miso, 2 tsp. prepared horseradish, 1 ½ tsp. each lemon juice and pickle juice, ¾ tsp.
