THE men who allegedly killed a Chats- worth father and stole R11 000 from his bank account will make their first appearance in the Durban High Court in July.
Dougie Nelson, 75, a pensioner, left his home in Havenside on December 9, 2020, but did not return. Four days later, his vehicle, a Hyundai Atos, was found abandoned in a parking lot in Charlotte Maxeke (Beatrice) Street in the Durban CBD.
However, there was no sign of Nelson, a retired welder.
In May last year, the first suspect was arrested, and more arrests followed.
