WHEN you eat dinner could affect your risk of heart disease! Researchers have found that women who eat after 6 p.m. may face a greater probability of succumbing to the world’s leading killer. According to a study conducted at New York’s Columbia University, women who ate a higher proportion of their daily calories after 6 p.m. had higher blood pressure, were more overweight and less able to control their blood sugar. Choosing to eat earlier in the evening could be a “simple” way to slash the risk of heart disease, the scientists say. Based on their findings, the team recommends not consuming more than 30 percent of your daily calorie total after 6 p.m. That would be around 600 calories for women and 750 for men, based on government guidelines.…
