Everyday green smoothie

1 big handful chopped kale, spinach or baby spinach leaves (remove tough stalks from kale)
2 oranges, peel cut off, quartered, seeds removed
1 lemon, peel cut off, quartered, seeds removed
2-3cm knob fresh turmeric, peeled, chopped (optional)
2-3cm knob fresh ginger, peeled, chopped
1 cup cold water
4-5 ice cubes
1 small handful mint leaves (optional)
