As we welcome the arrival of August here in the Southern Hemisphere, we also welcome the abundance of fresh produce and exciting culinary opportunities that come with it. From crisp apples, pears, kiwis, berries and juicy citrus, to avocados, kale and spinach, this is a season of freshness, flavour and diversity.
Technically, we should be preparing to welcome Spring, however, it doesn't seem like Winter is in a hurry to leave just yet! The mornings and evenings are still nippy. So, what do we do?
