It’s finally warming up, and spring is here! Hopefully you’ve all been in the garage wrenching on your builds to get them ready for the show season, because it’s going to be a great one. We’ve been so stoked to get back outside after a chilly Oklahoma winter, and perfect weather at Lone Star Throwdown was the much-needed cure for our souls. Every now and again, it’s nice to take a stroll down memory lane. Nostalgia, though often rose-tinted, still serves as an important reminder to us all. To some, it’s a memoir of better days. To others, it serves as a benchmark for where we once were as individuals with our builds and as an industry as a whole. It’s not every day you walk into the National Farm Machinery Show and stop in your tracks because of a paint job, but Case IH has managed to make that a reality. Louisville, Kentucky, in February is what you’d expect: concrete floors, rows of red iron, and conversations about markets and moisture levels bouncing off the walls. But as you rounded the corner into the Case IH booth this year, something felt different. Under the bright lights of the show hall sat a Magnum 265 with a unique look, and we just had to talk about it. There’s a funny thing that happens when you build show trucks for years. Eventually, you start asking yourself if you can build something that actually makes sense. For Ryan “DMAXRYNO” Fusco, that question turned into a Glacier Grey 2025 Ford F-250 Platinum sitting on 40s. It became a truck that debuted at SEMA and then went straight back to hauling construction equipment and ripping down a dirt road like it has rent to pay.
