A presentation by the office of the Auditor-General (AG) to the eThekwini Municipality painted a bleak picture of poor management in place and confirmed that the council is on the verge of collapse. African Democratic Change (ADeC) has repeatedly raised concerns about poor service delivery and declining standards in the city.
