Ella Hunt is staring at the grand confection placed before her, a swirling mountain of toasted marshmallow and chocolate soft serve. “This is so peculiar,” she says in a state of amused bewilderment. It’s a sticky late-summer afternoon in Brooklyn, so ice cream is appropriate, but the 20-year-old British actress had ordered s’mores.
