When their third child, Ada, came along, Kate and Owen Jones realised they needed more space. Luckily, they found the perfect property only 50 metres away from where they were living. Hannah Peaty and Chris Lamb struck lucky when they stumbled upon a run-down terraced house in a charming riverside location. After living in Leeds post-university, the couple relocated to the North East and quickly took a shine to Washington, Tyne & Wear.
