James Corner is a landscape architect, urban designer, theorist, writer, and educator whose projects have influenced designers and thinkers worldwide. His practice, Field Operations, is based in New York City and is renowned for the design of significant public realm projects, including New York’s High Line, Chicago’s Navy Pier, San Francisco’s Presidio Tunnel Tops, Seattle’s Central Waterfront, London’s South Park at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Hong Kong’s Victoria Dockside, and Shanghai’s Taopu Central Park.
