TradFest
Dublin, Ireland January 24-28 TradFest, Ireland’s largest trad and folk music festival, returned for its 19th year, and as with previous years, it delivered another stimulating, glorious and utterly joyful celebration of Irish music and culture. Spanning five days, 18 venues and featuring over 50 acts, workshops, talks and kids events, the festival provided a rich weekend of music, dance and conversation, all centred around the famously bustling Temple Bar area of Dublin, though with some festivities extending beyond the city limits to the wider county of Fingal, offering additional sessions and events.
