The first congress dedicated to the restaurant front-of-house profession, organised by the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce and Escuela Internacional de Cocina (international cookery school) took place during the Feria de Valladolid, from 4 to 6 November, and featured more than 20 Spanish and international speakers.
