Making Presets for Lightroom can lead to a much quicker workflow, and is the first step towards a consistent style. First, go to your Develop module and look on the left-hand side for a drop-down called Presets. Clicking the arrow will expand the list to show your existing Presets, including the built-in effects. To create your own, simply edit any image as you would normally, using the Develop tabs as required, such as Basic for exposure tweaks or HSL for colouring. Once you have achieved your desired results, go back to the Presets tab and click the plus sign, followed by Create Preset. Add a title, and group if required, and ensure all boxes, except Transform, are ticked. Click Create, and this Preset will be saved for future use.…
