It won’t be “alright, alright, alright” to replicate Matthew McConaughey’s signature catchphrase using AI apps. In December the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office approved the actor’s request to trademark the line, which he made famous in the 1993 comedy Dazed and Confused. Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on Jan. 12 following “an assault involving a rideshare driver,” LAPD officer Kevin Terzes confirmed to People, adding that an investigation into the incident, which happened after midnight in Hollywood, determined that Sutherland, 59, “entered a rideshare vehicle, physically assaulted the driver (the victim) and made criminal threats toward the victim.” The Uber driver “did not sustain any injuries requiring medical treatment at the scene,” Terzes said.
