Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini Bring 1 cup water, ¾ cup granulated sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree, ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp. ground ginger, ⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg and ⅛ tsp. ground cloves to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugars dissolve. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, until flavors combine, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool completely. Cover pumpkin spice syrup; refrigerate at least 20 minutes or up to 1 month in a glass jar. Place ¼ cup chilled espresso, ¼ cup vodka, 1 Tbsp. coffee liqueur and 2 Tbsp. reserved pumpkin spice syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Cover, and shake vigorously until frothy, about 30 seconds.
