We added tasks to a Kanban board view which shows tasks in To Do, In Progress and Done columns. However, there are many more ways to organise tasks and display them, like List, Calendar, Table, Hierarchy, Mindmap, Gantt and Wiki.
Explore the Views menu and see your tasks in other ways that may be better, depending on the type of project that you are undertaking.
1 Select a view
Click the view on the right to show Views menu. Items depend on the project template and here we selected the Table view. Click ‘New View’ and add new views, like Calendar.
2 Schedule tasks
Select Unscheduled and click and drag tasks without due dates to the calendar to set them. Mouse over a day in the calendar and click ‘+’…
