I was initially a little sceptical about iOS 15, Apple’s major new mobile update that is due to drop any day now. While swiping, tapping and prodding my way through the beta software (version 6, at the time of going to press), I was thinking, “who cares?” to the FaceTime enhancements, new Messages gubbins and Focus thingies, as I seldom use those apps anyway. But then some of the other stuff really started to grab me.
