As I am, apparently, notoriously hard to buy presents for (tech, guitars, what’s the problem?), my beloved wife, typically stuck for ideas one Christmas, decided to buy me a USB turntable. This awoke something of a monster in me and new shelving was promptly erected in my home office to accommodate the dusted-down LPs of my youth.
