KINKSTER Jeffrey Epstein’s madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, is trying to get out of jail and kill sex-trafficking charges by using the defense that just sprung self-confessed sex creep Bill Cosby.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Cosby’s 2018 sex assault conviction because a district attorney told the former sitcom star in 2005 he wouldn’t be prosecuted for any damning admissions he made in a civil suit deposition about a sex attack on Temple University basketball exec Andrea Constand.
In the deposition, Cosby admitted drugging and molesting Constand — and his testimony was used at his trial. The now 84-year-old was convicted and sentenced to a decade in jail.
Now, Ghislaine, 59, who’s awaiting trial in a Brooklyn slammer, is claiming she can’t be prosecuted because in 2010, pedophile Epstein got a sweetheart deal…
