“Glutes are the largest muscles and the foundation to all fitness,” says LA trainer Gunnar Peterson. “If you don’t train them, you’ll burn less fat.” But they’re complex. The secret? “Big, explosive, multi-joint movements (like jumping or stepping up) and working laterally (sideways),” adds A-list trainer Harley Pasternak. “I use these moves with all my celeb clients, including Kim K.” For each one, do four sets of 20 reps, resting for ten seconds in between.
