WITHERING HEIGHTS
The Hills are alive! Wither Hills, that is. The renowned Marlborough winery restaurant, which was frozen out of business by seasonal troughs, is set to open again under new ownership in November. The space is also undergoing its first renovation in 10 years, headed by Kiwi interior designer and The Block NZ judge Paul Izzard. Initially, the plan is to limit the restaurant to a lunch service; however, it will operate seven days a week throughout the year, including during the slower shoulder season.
