Unless you’re a runner yourself, you probably won’t remember the Czech long-distance runner Emil Zátopek. Voted the Best Runner of All Time by Runner’s World, Zátopek was the first to run 10000 metres in under 29 minutes, and to run 22km in under 1 hour.
