Hashem Abedi, the brother of Manchester Arena bomber Salman, has been charged with attempted murder after an attack on prison officers. Three guards at HMP Frankland in Durham were left with serious injuries after hot cooking oil was thrown over them and they were stabbed in April, while a fourth was wounded.
